QUALITY Design Features

Each LECTROTRUCK has been carefully tested and approved by our assembly staff. Design improvements have been made to the drive nut and bearing housing system to give you optimal performance of your stair climber. Other features you may want to consider are listed below.
 

Electromagnetic Braking System
 

When climbing stairs, the system prevents the worm gear from spinning

 and prevents your load running away from you.


Limit switches
These limit switches prevent the machine operator from expanding the machine too far apart or compacting it too close together. The upper limit switch prevents damage to the bearings in the housing and the drive nut. The lower limit switch prevents damaging the top of the motor box and the electromagnectic brake.
 

Overloading Circuit Breaker
 

The overloading circuit breaker prevents power surges from the battery and potential wiring malfunctions. It also protects the electrical system.
